About the Book
Autistic children may seem indifferent, but they also want to be loved. They are God's most unique gift to this troubled world, and shine brightly in their own way.
My mother said that my little brother was trapped in a special world, a world where he is the only person, no father, no mother, and no me. He insists on wearing blue clothes, eating oatmeal and fried eggs for breakfast, and spending long hours immersed in painting, drawing airplanes over and over again. When people try to get close to him, he gets angry, screams, and hurts himself. Until one day, he found a wounded bird and took it in. However, after recovery, the bird was trapped in this house, not free, just like my silent little brother...
